Kristin Detwiler, DPT, MPT, OCS "I entered the field of Physical Therapy because I enjoy helping others. In 2001, I completed an Orthopaedic Physical Therapy residency in which I learned critical thinking and problem solvings kills. In 2007, I began working for Women's Advantage and truly found my passion in treating pelvic floor dysfunction. My personal mission is to meet the unique needs of women throughout their lifespan by enhancing quality of life through innovative, research based, and highly professional physical therapy care. One of the best things I can do for my patients is to listen. This helps build trust and a level of comfort that is so important in treating women's health conditions. I also give my patients the opportunity to be involved in their treatment plan. I provide them the complete information they need and talk with them about their options for treatment so that they can make informed decisions that are right for them. Then we work together to reach the best outcome and resolution of their concerns."
